Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, on April 29 met and encouraged the workers of the Nampho Shipyard and scientists and technicians in the field of the warship-building industry who made an important breakthrough in the modernization of the Navy in the new era.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un extended warm congratulations and encouragement to the workers, scientists and technicians in the field of the warship-building industry, who proved in practice the validity of the revolution in the warship-building industry determined by the Party and the inevitability of victory in it, true to the strategic plan of the Party Central Committee.
He said that very great is the expectation of the Party Central Committee of the Nampho Shipyard, which occupies a key position in building a maritime power in the 21st century with the radical growth of the warship-building industry and the making of the naval forces high-tech as its core.
