At Kim Il Sung University
Under the guidance of the Party committee Kim Il Sung University carries out the scientific and realistic operation to attain the general goal of building a research-type university at world level.
The first work in building a research-type university is to strengthen the force of teachers.
Officials of the university clearly set the standard of educators’ qualifications at the world level and methodologically conduct the work to arouse the enthusiasm for emulation among faculties, institutes and teachers. They also direct great efforts to the education of postgraduate course.
At the same time they push ahead with the work for teaching materials to apply research-type teaching methods and study methods.
Necessary measures are taken to ensure conditions for teachers and researchers.
They dynamically wage the work for unifying education, science research and production through development of cutting-edge technology and science research in reality.
At Kim Chaek University of Technology
Kim Chaek University of Technology also set the high goal for building a research-type university.
The university planned to newly build intellectual products manufacturing bases, complete the integrated teaching control system at a higher stage, make thousands of lecture videos and others.
The university takes innovative measures to raise practical abilities of students by newly building several experimental bases such as AI laboratory and machine and electronics laboratory this year.
The university set hundreds of research tasks for putting production lines on a modern and IT basis, including the casting process of the Ryongsong Machine Complex.
All the officials, teachers and researchers of the university are full of the zeal to glorify this year greeting the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers’ Party of Korea with great successes of science research and education.
