Regional-industry factories built in Unchon County under the care of the Workers' Party of Korea were inaugurated with due ceremony on the 14th.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by officials of South Hwanghae Province and Unchon County, working people, soldier-builders and employees of the regional-industry factories.
Pak Thae Dok, Chief Secretary of the South Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the WPK, in the inaugural address, expressed his emotion of holding the inaugural ceremony of the regional-industry factories in Unchon County in the wake of the inaugural ceremony of regional-industry factories in Jaeryong County of the province held in the presence of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un at the beginning of the hopeful New Year. The new history of the remarkable changes is a valuable fruition of the energetic leadership of Kim Jong Un who is making unremitting efforts to realize the long-cherished desire of the regional people, he stressed.
Choe Yong Hyon, Chief Secretary of the Unchon County Committee of the WPK, made a speech.
An inauguration tape was cut by employees of the factories.
After the ceremony, the participants looked round the factories with modern production processes.
They were pleased to see the nice-looking and good-quality daily necessities which could be found at public service amenities in the capital city of Pyongyang and towns before.
An art performance was given, wishing the people in Unchon County a happy future.
That evening witnessed fireworks set off in celebration of the inaugural ceremony of the regional-industry factories in Unchon County for the "Regional Development 20×10 Policy".
