The Cabinet and the economic guidance organs institutions are organizing in detail the economic affairs for successfully completing the five-year plan and for growth and development of the national economy as a whole in hearty response to the decisions of the Eleventh Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
The Cabinet is making out a detailed plan and policy of struggle in a feasible way with main stress on establishing well-organized work system and order in the whole national economic affairs and further improving the economic guidance and management.
It also concentrates efforts on promoting substantial preparations for advance into the next stage of development on the basis of the mid- and long-term national strategy, the economic structure of the country, specific conditions of units concerned and scientific materials.
The economic guidance organs are taking concrete measures to further consolidate and develop the stable development of the national economy on the basis of the clear orientation of advance and policy of struggle for this year clarified by the plenary meeting of the Party Central Committee.
