Looking at those piles, the workteam members realized once again that they can achieve big success in all works when the collective spirit of leading and helping one another forward prevails in the unit.

Worksite Full of Love and Affection

The Anju Railway Chemical Factory is well-known as an advanced unit not only in carrying out the national economic plan but also in establishing the cultured practices in production and hygiene though it is a small one.

The key to its fame lies in that all the officials and employees of the factory devote themselves to the factory and comrades prior to themselves.

Several days ago Pak Ryong Bom and An Chang Gun, officials of the factory, visited the families of the employees who volunteered for campaign to recover the flood damage and took care of their life with kindred affection. When they were informed that an employee was worrying about repair of house, they provided the employee with necessary materials.

Following their examples, the employees of the factory also displayed highly the spirit of regarding it as worthwhile and proud to devote themselves to the collective and comrades: a skilled worker volunteered to solve the technical problems arising in work while providing aid materials for the masses; an employee provided tools of his own accord.

As such warm comradeship and devotion for the collective prevail the unit, they came to perform innovations and feats.

With Single Mind and Purpose

One night not long ago, the family of Mun Chung Sim residing in the neighborhood unit No.14 of Thosong-dong No.3 in Rangnang District, could not sleep.

She recollected the loving care and devotion by the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un for the people from the flood-hit areas.

So, the next day Mun and her daughter went to the flood-hit area and encouraged the people there.
